ORDERING CONDITIONS

The following ordering conditions regulate the usage of services provided by MeresmaaFoto OÜ to private persons or legal persons. 

1. ORDER

The colours and tone of the photo supplied to the client might differ slightly from the photo displayed to the client when the order is put together. Possible differences arise due to the settings and quality of the client’s screen. 

2. ORDER COMPLETION AND STORAGE DEADLINE

Orders are finished and posted within five working days after the order has been presented and paid for, unless stated otherwise.

Completed orders are delivered to the address you have designated in the web shop. 

3. PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER

Payment for the order consists of the picture’s price and postage expenses.
Orders can be paid for using the following methods:

a. at the web shop,using the following bank links: SEB Pank, Luminor Bank, SwedBank, LHV pank, PayPal.

b. on the basis of an invoice

If you choose this option, we will send you an invoice in PDF format to your e-mail address once the purchase has been made. You can pay for the invoice at a time of your choosing. When making the payment, you must include the invoice number and reference number (indicated on the invoice) in your payment transaction. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
